We didn’t find any evidence of any rule breaks from 20Bet. However, owners TechSolutions have received formal warnings previously, from the Australian Communications and Media Authority for allowing Australia residents to access one of their betting sites, Bizzo.

As yet, 20Bet are yet to win any industry awards.

User Experience

While the 20Bet desktop site isn’t the most visually attractive, this doesn’t mean it doesn’t provide a thrilling experience. In some ways, it’s actually nice to visit a site that doesn’t have over-the-top gimmicks or promotion pop-ups every few minutes.

After you’ve logged into your Sportsbook account, your screen will feature an A-Z sports menu on the left hand side, with Boosted Odds events across the top of the page and all major events listed below this. You’ll also find the Top Championships menu, which features the most popular tournaments and competitions. On the far right of your screen will be your betting slip. Once you’ve click on odds you want to bet on, this will be added to your slip automatically.

On the top left of the 20Bet homepage is the Search bar. Enter the name of your team or league you’re looking to bet on, all fixtures relevant to your choice will be displayed. Or at least they should be. More of this later.

After navigating through the site, we can safely say that loading times are very quick. It’s an easy site to navigate around, with menus properly named and facilities easily accessible.

The in-play betting facility works just as well. Streaming is also available from the Live tab. In addition, there’s no need to access a different page or to toggle a Streaming icon, instead if a broadcast is available for your particular event it will automatically play.

While not exactly eye-catching, the desktop site works very well. The mobile version of the site also works well, though loading times can be a little bit of an issue. There is a mobile app that we highly recommend, though. You can read more about this below.

We typed in Manchester City to find the latest odds on the Premier League side, but the results that came up included anything but. It’s much easier to use the Menus to find the league or competition your chosen team plays in.

We also analysed the site using our mobile browser. For clarity, we used an Android device for our testing. We did encounter a little lag using the mobile version of the site, the loading times in between screens became a little frustrating. However, the mobile app provides much greater functionality than the mobile site, it’s easier to use and the in-play facility works incredibly well.
