Existing User Offers and Promotions

There’s a distinct lack of existing user promos at Redracer. Bonus offers seem to only be available when there’s a big sporting event taking place, rather than consistently. At the time we were writing this review, the FIFA World Cup was taking place. We found free bet offers for the Group Stage, Knockout Stage and Final. Unfortunately, there were no regular offers bonuses available.

Loyalty Program

A VIP Program is available at Redracer. All users are automatically enrolled in the Program once they register their accounts, starting at Bronze I Level. There are 20 Levels in total, with five Bronze, five Silver, five Gold and five Champion Levels to be reached.

To move up the Levels, you need to earn Comp Points. You can earn these Points by making deposits and placing bets. For clarity, one Comp Point is equal to 16000 NGN.

In addition, the further through the Levels you progress, the more exclusive bonuses you could receive. You’ll also receive Priority withdrawals and Priority customer service.

We had a different experience testing out the customer service for Redracer’s Casino to that when we attempted to contact the team via the Sportsbook. During our testing of the Casino arm of Redracer, we contacted the team via Live Chat and Email. While there was a little wait for the Live Chat to respond (it doesn’t help that it’s powered by AI), we received an email response within two hours of our initial inquiry.

However, that’s not the case for the Sportsbook. When we finally connected with a real agent, we’re not sure they actually knew what they were talking about. We also sent an email across. The response time? Well, we’re still waiting.

Usability, Design and User Experience

The colour scheme of grey, white and red does a great job of separating each section, making it easy to navigate through the site. There are a variety of Menus which also helps with this. The overall feel of the site is enjoyable, although there’s a huge amount of information crammed into each screen.

Loading times are an aspect which we didn’t find enjoyable, however. When you click on a particular sport, the screen often goes black for a second while the page loads. You’re also reverted to the top of the page, rather than the section you were wanting to view, which was a little frustrating.

It’s easy to make deposits and request withdrawals. Use the Deposit icon, which leads you to both the Deposit and Withdrawal functions. Alternatively, click on your Avatar and choose Wallet from the drop-down menu.

Your betting slip is accessible on the right hand side of the screen. When you add a selection, the odds will immediately update. You have the option of hiding the slip at the bottom of the page if you require.
