Premier League: Brentford vs Manchester United 27/09/2025

Betting on Goals
As expected, this season is proving to be long and difficult for Brentford, who lost several key players over the summer. After five Premier League matches, they have collected only 4 points and sit in 17th place on the table. Last weekend, they suffered their third defeat of the season, this time against Fulham, who celebrated a 3–1 win at home. Coach Keith Andrews once again tried to change the formation in search of a winning formula, but it failed to produce the desired effect.
Manchester United’s victory over Chelsea managed to calm their fans, who were hungry for good results, though even in that game not everything looked perfect. Despite having a man advantage and a two-goal lead, there was still a real danger they could lose control. Nevertheless, the often-criticized Bruno Fernandes once again showed just how important he is to the Red Devils’ play. His creativity and form remain crucial factors, despite the missed penalty in the second round against Fulham.
It is expected that Brentford will try to play more offensively at home compared to their previous match. This could open up a lot of space for United, both through possession control and quick counterattacks, which could cause big problems for the home defense. Special attention will be on Bryan Mbeumo, Brentford’s former star, who is still waiting for his first goal in a United shirt. Although United have stumbled at this ground in the past, they now seem to be in good rhythm and realistically have every chance to take advantage of the situation.
