Norway Eliteserien: KFUM Oslo – Brann 19/07/2025
Betting on corners
While many leagues are still in pre-season or just warming up, the Norwegian Eliteserien is already in Round 14, and we have an interesting matchup between lower-table side KFUM Oslo and second-placed Brann, who are six points behind league leaders Viking but with one game in hand.
KFUM have picked up 15 points so far, though they’ve arguably deserved a bit more, some matches were lost under unlucky circumstances. Their form seems to be trending upward, with only one loss in their last five league matches.
Brann are having a solid season overall, but their recent away form is far from convincing. They’ve drawn and lost in their last two Eliteserien outings and also suffered a surprise cup defeat to Bryne.
So why back KFUM on corners?
Although they don’t rank particularly high in average corners won (8.5 per game, only ahead of Tromsø and Molde), Brann have often struggled to impose themselves offensively at this ground. In fact, in their last visit here (a 0–0 draw), they failed to register a single corner.
This is a bet worth a small stake only, I suggest 1.5/10 units in a bankroll system, especially with odds above 2.20. Anything lower doesn’t offer much value.
