Premier League: Leeds vs Tottenham 04/10/2025

Betting on Corners
The prestigious and widely followed Premier League is back, and for Saturday’s slate I’m highlighting this matchup with the pick: Leeds over 5 corners. Although Leeds average around 4 corners per game, their matches generally feature plenty of set pieces – about 10 corners per match overall, with that number even higher at home. This creates room for the hosts to “open up” and rack up extra corners in front of their fans.
Tottenham, on the other hand, are a team that often allow opponents more set pieces on the road, since they play a high defensive line and are frequently exposed on the flanks due to the attacking ambitions of their wing-backs. These are exactly the kinds of situations Leeds can take advantage of – quick transitions and direct play can easily generate several corners in their favor.
In recent head-to-head meetings we’ve also seen a healthy corner rhythm, and with Tottenham coming in as the favorite, it’s logical that Leeds will need to push forward and look for chances, which naturally leads to more corners.
This line of 5 looks attainable, and with a slightly more aggressive approach, Leeds have all the conditions to clear it.
