Betting on goals

An interesting matchup that already has its own story this season, with Crystal Palace pulling off a surprise in August in the Super Cup and then beating their big rival again in the league at the end of September.

That first August defeat for this season’s Liverpool was the first warning sign that nobody noticed. Now, three months later, the problem with balance — especially in the Reds’ defense — is obvious and has clear explanations.

Palace comes from two matches without scoring, but they are not a team that sits back. They will have the courage and confidence to go for it, having scored and earned a result at Anfield last May (1-1).

Changes are expected on both sides, but I expect an open match with chances for both teams. The price for the combination of both teams to score and over 2.5 goals (Liverpool has 4 out of 4 in that trend) looks good to me.
