Second qualifying round match of the UEFA Conference League, to be played at a neutral venue in Katowice, Poland.

Oleksandriya finished second in Ukraine last season, but they’re not entering their European campaign under ideal circumstances. The team has been significantly weakened in the transfer window, losing several key players as well as their head coach. They start the season with Nesterenko, an inexperienced manager who has never worked as a head coach before — last season, he was an assistant at Levski Sofia.

Partizan is no longer the force it once was. Operating on a much smaller budget, the club is now focused heavily on young players, fully aware that it can no longer realistically aim for the domestic title. They dropped down from the Europa League after being eliminated on penalties by AEK Larnaca. However, they showed they are a well-organized side, full of energy and capable of executing counterattacks effectively.

Both teams come with issues, but the nominal home side is clearly weakened, while Partizan showed promising signs in their recent European ties. On neutral ground, Partizan holds the edge and looks like the more likely winner.
