Top Bookmakers with Free Bet Offers
22Bet
Recommended for: Live Betting specialists
| 💰 Welcome Bonus | 100% to 122 Euros |
| ➕ Min / Max Deposit | 1 Euro - 122 Euros |
| 💸 Wagering Requirement | 5x in Accumulator bets |
| 🔣 Minimum Odds | 1.4 per leg |
| 🕗 Time Restrictions | 7 days to wager the bonus |
The 22Bet Welcome Bonus is a 100% deposit match which means for every Euro you put in they will give you an additional Euro to use as Bonus funds. The bonus funds and real funds are held separately and only wagering with bonus funds count towards the wagering requirement. The amount to wager is quite low at just 5x but the fact it must be with Accumulators makes it quite a bit harder. With seven days to complete the wagering it is certainly possible but there is no time to waste. A great thing about this offer is that you can take part using as little as 1 Euro, but a negative is that after wagering the required amount, the original bonus amount is the maximum that can be transferred to real cash.

Rabona
Recommended for: Great Odds
| 💰 Welcome Bonus | 100% to 100 Euros |
| ➕ Min / Max Deposit | 20 Euro - 100 Euros |
| 💸 Wagering Requirement | 1x to claim, 6x to release |
| 🔣 Minimum Odds | 1.5 to qualify, 2 to release |
| 🕗 Time Restrictions | 30 Days |
The Rabona Sports Welcome bonus is a great one, an extra 100 Euros for you as a bonus if you deposit 100 Euros of real funds. The wagering amount is a total of 13x the deposit amount due to an initial 1x wagering to claim the bonus then 6x the deposit and bonus amount. Single bets are allowed which is great news but unfortunately no matter how large the bet you place is a maximum of 50 Euros will count towards the wagering requirement. Fortunately there are 30 days to complete the wagering and you can cash out up to 10x the bonus amount.

1xbet
Recommended for: Mobile Betting (via the dedicated App)
| 💰 Welcome Bonus | Bet 10 Euros get a 40 Euros Free Bet |
| ➕ Min / Max Deposit | 10 Euros |
| 💸 Wagering Requirement | 1x to qualify |
| 🔣 Minimum Odds | 1.7 |
| 🕗 Time Restrictions | 30 Days |
1xBet have several Welcome Bonuses depending on where you are located but the best is probably the 40 Euros in Free bets offer. Just deposit 40 Euros and place a bet on any sport that has odds over 1.7 and once it settles you will have 4x 10 Euro Free bets to use. These must be used within 30 days or they will be cancelled. It is a shame that unlike other 1xBet bonuses the stake is not returned with the Free bets but a great thing with this offer is that there is no further wagering, you just bet and win and can keep it.

20Bet

| 🕗 Time Restrictions | 7 days to wager the bonus |
There is up to 100 Euros available as a Welcome Bonus at 20Bet, you just need to select it from the drop down box on the deposit screen the first time you use it. You must then wager the bonus amount 5x using Accumulator bets. Megapari
Recommended for: High value Welcome Bonus
| 💰 Welcome Bonus | 15% Free Bet up to 100 Euros |
| ➕ Min / Max Deposit | 30 Euro - 667 Euros |
| 💸 Wagering Requirement | Free bet placed on a four team Acca |
| 🔣 Minimum Odds | All legs over 1.6 |
| 🕗 Time Restrictions | 30 days |
Megapari have a choice of Welcome Bonuses and one is a large 100 Euro Free bet offer but be aware that it requires a 667 Euro deposit to claim the full amount. The Free bet is credited instantly once you have accepted it either in your account before depositing or on the deposit page. The great news is that after you have placed the bet any winnings are yours to keep but unfortunately it is quite restrictive what bet you can place, it must be a four leg acca with 1.6 min odds each leg.

What is a Free bet and how it function?
Whenever a Free bet is awarded it will have certain T&C’s attached to it and these determine what bets it can be used for. Some restrictions that you may come across are the sports that can be used, the odds that can be used, and sometimes the bet type (for example Acca bets of 3+ legs only).
It functions just like any other bet and you create a bet slip as usual, the only difference is that when this bet is placed your balance does not change, and if the bet loses it is as if nothing happened. If the bet wins then the winnings of that bet are credited to your account.
How Free Bet Offers Work
Free bets are credited to your account by the betting sites usually after a qualifying bet has settled.
This would be a typical “Bet and Get” offer so after the original bet has been decided win or lose your account would have a $10 Free bet in it to use. Qualifying bets will always have their own T&C’s to meet, the main things for you to look out for would be is the sport I am betting on included, is the amount I am betting correct, are the odds I have on the betslip above the minimum level, and will this bet settle inside the required time period.
The Free bet can then be used on a betslip just like a normal bet but instead of entering a stake amount you will see a box to tick or icon to click on which will use the value of the Free bet instead. With Free bets no money is taken from your balance, so when the bet settles it is just the winnings that get added, not the stake since there was no stake, that was free.
Free bet winnings usually do not have any further wagering attached, but sometimes they might do so do not assume that. Free bets always have an expiry date though so make sure you use them promptly, and also check if there is a max winning amount because if there is betting on anything above this is pointless.
Check list for qualification:
- Qualifying deposit method
- Qualifying bet sport
- Qualifying bet type (Single / BetBuilder / Acca / etc)
- Qualifying bet odds
- Qualifying bet settlement date
Check list for using the Free bet:
- Is the sport eligible
- Is the bet type eligible
- Is there a max win, do the bets odds reflect that
- When does the bet settle
- Is there any further wagering
Types of Free Bet Offers
There are a number of different scenarios where you may be credited with a Free bet, and we will go through some of them below:
⭐ Free Bet Sign Up Offers
These are a form of Welcome Bonus and are exclusively for new customers who register an account at the betting site in question. Each offer can vary but in the majority of cases what will happen is a new account is opened, the player deposits with an eligible method, places a bet on eligible sports at eligible odds, and once that bet settles win or lose they are given a Free bet credit to bet again with. The free bets for new customers can be Variations on this though. It can be that sometimes the Free bet is awarded as soon as the qualifying bet is placed, and also sometimes a Free bet is only given if the first bet that is placed loses.
⭐ Bet‑and‑Get Free Bets
This type of Free bets can be part of a Welcome offer but also can be given to existing customers who are reloading their account or just wagering on a certain event. These are one of the better types of Free bet offers because they are usually simple to qualify for and the reward is certain. Examples might be to bet on the Champions League Final and get a Free bet to use on the 2026 World Cup. Sometimes it can be more broad and simply bet on a Sport to get a Free bet to use on that sport. Other times it might be place a certain bet type, Accumulator or BetBuilder and then get matched Free bet.
⭐ Free Bet Credits or Bonus Funds
Once a Free bet has been awarded it can appear in your account in several different ways and can be used differently depending on the betting site. Some will add these Free bets as bonus funds that appear in a separate area of your account and when you wish to place them you fill in a betslip as usual but tick a box to say that you want to use the bonus balance and it will draw from that.
This is the best way to do it because then you can place several smaller bets rather than just one should you wish, and you can choose the stake amount for each. The other way is that you are given the option to place one bet for the relevant amount and that is it, you again fill out the betslip as normal but now when you indicate on the betslip you wish to use your Free bet it is for the full amount,
⭐ Money‑Back Free Bets
These Free bet offers are also known as “if” Free bets because that is what triggers them being credited. The offer will be something like ‘Get a $10 Free bet IF your horse comes 2nd in the race”, or “Get a $25 Free bet IF the football match you bet on finishes 0-0”. They are popular with the bookmakers because often they do not actually have to give the Free bet that they are advertising. You place the bet not sure if the Free bet will be credited but it is a nice back up to have because sometimes it will be, and working out the value of the offer involves looking at the probability of the “if” event occurring.
⭐ Free Bets for Existing Customers
Technically all Free bets that are not given to when you initially sign up are given to existing customers. Existing customers can be awarded free bets for many reasons, sometimes for reloading an account, sometimes as part of a “bet and get” offer and sometimes an “if” Free bet offer will hit. They can also be given as part of a loyalty scheme or rewards program that may be running, or from any number of free to play competitions. These can be wheel spinners, or competitions to beat someone else's prediction, or other pseudo skill games.
⭐ Event Based Free Bets
Free bets are often used by betting sites to entice users back to bet with them around major events. Examples might be the SuperBowl, the Cheltenham Racing Festival, any of the World Cups or the UEFA Champions League final. They will offer either a Bet and Get Free bet or an offer which is a Free bet “if” on the event. Sometimes the qualifying bet must be on the major event and the Free bet can be used on anything you want afterwards, and at other times you place a qualifying bet beforehand and it is the Free bet itself that must be used on the big event.

What to consider in Free bets offered by bookmakers
The answer boils down to one thing, the Terms and Conditions. That is what differentiates one Free bet offer from another and there are a few main variables that we check carefully.
The first that you will need to consider is what bet can be placed to qualify. If you see an advert “bet 10 get free bets” then it is obvious you will have to bet 10 but what sports can be used. More specifically to the bet what are the minimum odds required to qualify and what bet type must it be. These are things that will influence the difficulty in actually qualifying for the Free bet.
Once a Free bet is credited then the terms that you need to know which will be relevant at this stage is how long do you have to use the Free bet? Also check what the max win amount will be? You need to also know what sports and what bet types the Free bet can be used on.
How We Rank Free Bet Offers
At Allbets.tv we rank the best free bet offers based on the value that they give to the person taking part in the offer. The headline amount is obviously important but it is not the be all and the end all. Far from it, it is the terms and conditions attached to the Free bet offer that determines how good the offer really is.
Things that we will assess are:
- Required amount to qualify - The lower the better.
- Payment restrictions - The fewer the better.
- Minimum odds to qualify - The lower the better.
- Bet options - The less restrictions the better (So not Acca only, etc).
- Eligible markets - The less restrictions the better (So not Darts only, etc).
- Wagering on winnings - Any thing above no wagering required is a negative.
- Max winnings - This should be a minimum of 10x the bonus amount, and ideally a lot more than that.
- Bookmaker reputation - The more highly respected the more highly we rate the offer.

FAQ. Frequently Asked Questions
What is a free bet?
A free bet is very simply a bet which you place that does not take any money from your balance. If it wins then you can keep the winnings, if it loses then it is as if nothing has happened.
How do free bets work?
Each bookmaker will have a slightly different system but the usual way is that you place a regular bet with your account balance, and once it has settled there is a Free bet credit on your account. The next time you go to place a bet on the betslip will be a box to tick to use it, and this means your balance will not change once the bet is placed, the Free bet is used instead.
Do I get the free bet stake back?
Every offer is different and it has happened before but in today's World it is incredibly unlikely that the stake will be returned. To all intents and purposes the answer is no you do not get the Free bet stake back should your bet win.
Can I withdraw free bet winnings?
Yes you can, usually you can do so straight away. Sometimes the T&C’s may insist on further wagering of Free bet winnings, and if so you can withdraw the winnings once this has been completed.
How do I claim a free bet offer?
It will depend on the exact betting site in question, but sometimes you will be required to enter a promo code to claim a Free bet offer. Other times there may be a “claim” button to click on the promo page describing the offer.
Can I get a free bet without making a deposit? (Answer briefly and link to the no‑deposit page.)
It is rare and they generally do not hang around for long. Any that are currently available we have listed on our No Deposit page.
What’s the difference between a free bet and a welcome bonus?
The difference is that a Welcome bonus is any promotion given to you when you join a bookmaker. A Free bet can be a Welcome Bonus, this is the actual reward, but a Free bet does not have to be a Welcome Bonus it can be given to anybody and for many different reasons.
Do free bets expire?
Yes they do, the average length of time would be a week (7 days), anything less than that is quite quick, anything above a week is quite a long expiry and up to 30 days is still common.
