The biggest match of this weekend is without a doubt the clash between Arsenal and Man Utd on Sunday afternoon. Arsenal look like the title is finally on it’s way there now, they will be feeling massively confident having watched their two nearest rivals completely fail to take any advantage of their minor slip up of a nil nil draw with a tough and committed Nottingham Forest at the weekend. They looked fantastic away at Inter Milan as well in midweek, it’s never easy to go to Italy and win, let alone 3-1 against either Milan side. They came up against an unstoppable obstacle in the form of the Forest keeper the other day but won’t be fearing getting goals against the Man Utd defence. Michael Carrick, on the other hand could not have had a better start than the 2-0 win over the blue half of the city on Derby Day last weekend. The matches aren’t getting easier, though, facing a trip to the Emirates now. Is this corner turned though? Was it just a change of manager that the players needed? Tbh who knows with United nowadays, but they will be coming here in a much better headspace than they were a couple of weeks ago. So can they keep it going away against, let’s face it, the best side in the country. I don’t know I’d like them to, but I think they will probably just get steamrolled by Arsenal… however… not before that confidence I spoke about allows them an early lead. I just think they are going to pull off a surprise goal to shock Arsenal early on
