EuroLeague: Baskonia vs Paris 06/03/2026

Baskonia will look to return to winning ways after a heavy defeat, and Trent Forrest is expected to take on a leadership role and be one of the key players against Paris.
Betting on Player Points
Although they have not been particularly impressive in the EuroLeague results-wise, after the sensational Copa del Rey title following a 17-year wait, it can already be said that the season has been successful for Baskonia. However, that does not mean that the remaining games in the elite competition are without importance, and the home team is expected to approach this matchup with maximum motivation, especially after the heavy loss to Valencia in the previous round, when they looked exhausted as a team and as if they were still under the impression of the big success in the cup.
Trent Forrest also underperformed in that game, scoring only 6 points with 3 assists in 17 minutes on the court. Just a week earlier he had been the absolute hero of the Copa del Rey finals, averaging an incredible 29 points across three games, along with a significant contribution in rebounds and assists. He was particularly impressive in the final against Real Madrid, when he came close to a triple-double with 22 points, 11 assists and 9 rebounds.
For that very reason, I expect him to take on the leadership role again against Paris and be the driving force of his team. Interestingly, it was against this very opponent in mid-October that he suffered an unpleasant injury which kept him off the court for almost a month, but even then, in just 11 minutes spent on the floor, it could be seen that Paris’ style of play suits him and that he can find a way to be very useful for his team.
Baskonia want a reaction after the heavy defeat, and Trent Forrest is expected to once again take on the leadership role against Paris and take advantage of a playing style that clearly suits him.
