The odds here seem to be influenced more by the market’s early expectations rather than by what the two teams have shown on the pitch.

Ross County were relegated last season from the Premiership and despite being weakened, they started as one of the favorites of the division. Their campaign has been disappointing though, and they are rightfully sitting at the bottom of the table.

They may have the squad quality to secure survival, but not much more than that. They have collected just one point in their last five matches, while in the previous round they suffered a heavy 6-0 away defeat to Raith.

Arbroath won the League 1 title last season and began the campaign as one of the market favorites for relegation. After 18 rounds, they sit in 3rd place and are now targeting a spot in the promotion playoffs.

They are the pleasant surprise of the league and are in good form, coming off two important wins against teams from the top five. I see no reason why they should be priced as underdogs in this matchup.
