One of the many balanced pairings in the playoff process for qualification to the World Cup. The winner will face the winner of Turkey – Romania with a valuable ticket to the summer tournament as the prize.

Slovakia took advantage of a relatively easy group to get here with defensive organization as their main weapon.

A team without special talent, they score with difficulty but are very combative.

The same applies to Kosovo. However the Kosovars advanced as second from a group with Sweden and Slovenia (behind only Switzerland), also with emphasis on defense in all their matches, but they certainly have more talent in attack.

It will be a battle and the result will be decided by small margins. The motivation is huge for both teams who see a chance to reach a historic qualification and will give everything. I expect a match with many fouls, cynicism and focus on the result. Referee Eskas has moderate statistics (since even in the Norwegian league not many cards are shown), but he is strict enough and will need disciplinary control to keep a match that could become rough.
