Swansea welcome West Ham to the Liberty Stadium this Saturday, with both sides navigating contrasting Championship campaigns. The Swans, despite their 39% win rate, have shown a resurgence recently, winning three of their last five and demonstrating a more potent attack with 57 goals scored this season. This recent form will be crucial as they face a West Ham side languishing with a 25% win rate and a considerably weaker attacking output, having netted just 40 goals.
However, the Hammers’ recent form has offered a glimmer of hope, with two wins from their last five, suggesting they’re not to be underestimated, especially given their historical edge in this fixture with three wins in the last five head-to-heads. The high draw probability (45%) indicates a potentially tight affair, with West Ham's defensive struggles (57 conceded) matched by Swansea's own vulnerability at the back (59 conceded). This encounter could hinge on which defence holds firm and which attack capitalises on opportunities. Expect a hard-fought battle where individual moments of brilliance could prove decisive.
