Champions League: PSG – Barcelona 20/10/2026

PSG still haven’t found a consistent level. The way they look, it’s a lot like the last two seasons, when they seemed to coast through the first few months and then hit their peak at the end.
Luis Enrique is rotating carefully, using plenty of players and giving his big names regular breathers.
They’re having problems in the league, but in the Champions League they’ve started impressively, with a 6-1 home win over Slovan Bratislava and a 4-2 away win (3-0 at half-time) at Manchester City.
Barcelona are impressive with the football they play, but they haven’t faced a genuinely top opponent yet. In attack they’re on fire, averaging around 4.5 goals per game, and we’ve yet to see how they cope at the back when things get tough.
The Saturday trip to Betis took a lot out of many of their starters, and some will have to play a third demanding game in a week, with key absences in defence as well.
Of course it’s a three-way game, but I think the completely even set of odds does PSG an injustice. Since Barca will struggle to keep a clean sheet, I’ll go for the 1X+BTTS combo (at doubling odds) over the DNB on the hosts.
