Partizan are aiming for a respectable end to the season, and with his improving form, Shake Milton has a chance to once again be a key offensive factor.

Partizan’s EuroLeague season can be considered disappointing, marked by many turbulences and questionable decisions. Still, the black-and-whites will try to say goodbye to their fans with a win and a positive impression.
One of the biggest misjudgments was the situation around Jabari Parker, who arrived as the main signing expected to make a difference at the top level. After poor results, Željko Obradović resigned in November, and was replaced by Spanish coach Joan Peñarroya. He quickly made decisive moves, parting ways with Parker, while soon after the team’s starting center Tyrique Jones also left the club.
Unlike them, Milton was given time to adapt and find his rhythm. Although he was far below expectations early in the season—with passive play and poor three-point shooting—he has recently shown significant improvement.
In his last four games across the EuroLeague and ABA League, he recorded 21, 12, 13, and 21 points, marking his best stretch since joining the team. It’s clear that he is adjusting better to the European style of play, attacking the paint more aggressively and taking outside shots with greater confidence.
In tonight’s game, he will have another opportunity to confirm his rise in form. Coach Peñarroya is showing increasing trust in him, and with an expected workload of around 20 minutes, the set points line should be within reach if he maintains this level of performance.
