Greece Superleague: AEK vs OFI 10/10/2026
AEK’s disrupted preparations, key absences and upcoming Champions League fixtures could make this a difficult game, while OFI’s recent performances suggest they can keep it competitive, making OFI +1.75 Asian Handicap an appealing option.

AEK couldn’t train properly during the break. Plenty of their players were away on international duty, and Rota, Varga and Strakosha missed most of the sessions as well.
They’ve impressed at home so far, but this isn’t a game where they’ll find it easy to hit their top level. The opponent is a serious one, and two Champions League games are coming up after it.
OFI were at their best before the break. They came through a tough schedule, with European games running alongside, and left excellent impressions.
They stayed competitive in all their recent matches against the “big” sides, showing they can be very effective without the ball too.
AEK don’t always find answers against closed defences, and missing Varga, who is key in this type of game, could cost them. Zini came back late and reports say he’s unlikely to start, so Jovic, who looks worn out after four games with the national team, won’t have a second out-and-out striker alongside him.
This game could turn out tougher than the odds suggest, and OFI’s Asian +1.75, which only loses in full if they lose by three goals, looks like a good option.
