After a few matches without a victory, the Parisians bounced back with two consecutive wins—against Slovan in the Champions League and Brest in Ligue 1.

Marseille’s performances currently look very poor, and it seems only a matter of time before a managerial change occurs. It could very well happen after this match. Although PSG are not yet at their absolute best, it is hard to see a scenario in which the hosts can compete with them on equal terms right now. In previous seasons, Marseille occasionally managed to take points off their Paris rivals, but this time I expect clear dominance from the champions and a convincing, high-scoring victory.
