Tonight is the last night of this international-break marathon, and England, fresh from that epic show in Croatia and the 7-0, welcome Czechia to Wembley looking for one more win. Thomas Tuchel, the Three Lions boss, shows no sign of taking tonight’s game lightly. At least that’s what the English press says. It’s not like we’re inside his head.

Harry Kane will play and equal Peter Shilton’s record, while Bukayo Saka, Jude Bellingham, Anthony Gordon and Morgan Rogers are “battling” it out for three spots. If the English are in the mood, they can tear apart a feeble Czech side that has absences at the back.

I’ve gone with England -1 Asian handicap in the first half at 1.78. If England go into the dressing room one goal up, the stake is returned. If they lead by two or more, I’m cashing in. If they don’t lead at all, we’re left empty-handed.
