Greece Super League: Panetolikos vs Kifisia 02/05/2026
Panetolikos and Kifisia remain clear of relegation after a recent draw, but both are still competing seriously with five rounds left. With better attacking quality and home advantage, Panetolikos are slightly favored, though a draw remains a strong possibility.
Asian handicap betting
The two teams also faced each other last Sunday and with the “convenient” draw they got, they now have a six-point cushion from the relegation line. However, the match was not passive and especially Kifisia, who were at home, showed they wanted the three points. Another draw would not upset either side, but with five rounds remaining, it is still a bit early for such thinking.
Panetolikos may have been inconsistent in their very recent matches, but over the last two months they have delivered several competitive performances. The winter transfers have boosted them, especially in the attacking midfield area.
Kifisia has four consecutive draws in the playouts, but overall they are not the team we saw in the first part of the season. They are well-organized and play at high intensity, but lack quality even compared to the teams below them in the standings.
I believe the one-week break benefited Panetolikos more. Logically, they will not take big risks, but due to home advantage and better attacking efficiency, they are closer to the three points. The Asian handicap (0) is necessary as it protects our bet in the quite likely (and convenient) case of a draw.
