User Experience
There are many important factors that make up a good betting site, one such factor is the overall user experience. Dazard certainly don’t disappoint here. The website is incredibly user-friendly, It looks enticing, it’s easy to navigate through the various sports betting screens and making deposits and requesting withdrawals is similarly a simple process.
All sports are listed in the Menu on the left hand side of the website. They’re split into two sections – Top Sports, which consists of the most popular sports like football, basketball and tennis, and Other Sports, which provides an alphabetical list of all other sports available to bet on.
If you’re looking for odds on a particular team or competition quickly, there is a Search function available from the left Menu. This works really well, simply type in what you’re looking for and all available options are displayed in a matter of mere seconds.
If you want to bet using your mobile, this is an option for you. While there’s no dedicated betting app available on either iOS or Android devices, you can access the Dazard site using your mobile browser.
For a website that contains a huge amount of information, Dazard have done really well in optimising the desktop site for mobile bettors. The mobile layout is different to the standard desktop site but it’s still incredibly easy to navigate through and find the sports and markets you want to bet on.
When you visit the site using your mobile browser, you’re automatically taken to the Casino site. Simply click on Sports in the bottom right corner to enter the Sportsbook.
We’re going to take a closer look at how to make deposits and withdrawals a little later in this review. Briefly, to make a deposit, click on the Deposit icon in the top right of your screen. For withdrawal, open up your Wallet and select the Withdrawal tab.
We spent quite a while delving deep into the Dazard site. We didn’t encounter any issues whatsoever. Loading times were fantastically quick, navigation was easy and we genuinely enjoyed our Dazard experience!

Site Usability
There is a way of creating a Favourites list, which can make it easier to find the sports you want to bet on. We couldn’t find a way of automatically adding to this function (some operators have a Star icon next to each sport which, when selected, adds this particular sport to the Favourites menu), but when you begin betting, the sports and events you bet on most will be added to your Favourites.

Odds and Payouts at Dazard
Another important factor in online betting, or betting in general for that matter, is that you can consistently find the best value. While there may not be an obviously big difference in odds, consistently taking shorter odds can cost you profit in the long term. We couldn’t find any maximum payout information on the Dazard site or their customer service team.

The odds format is automatically set to Decimal/European, but this can be changed by clicking on the odds tab in the bottom left of the page. Your other choices are British/Fractional, American, Hong Kong, Indonesian and Malay.

Existing User Offers
There are a variety of Boost offers available at Dazard for existing customers to utilise. These are called Comboboosts, and can enhance odds on Multiples and Accumulators. At the time of writing, the following Comboboosts were available:

- USABoost
- AccaBoost
- TennisBoost
- SoccerBoost
As you can see, these Boosts can be offered on a variety of sports. The SoccerBoost offer, for example, is available when you place a Multiples bet where each leg has odds of at least 1.30 and the total odds are at least 2.60. You will receive an odds boost, depending on how many legs are in your Multiples bet.
Dazard offer a Referral System. If someone signs up using your unique referral code, you could be awarded extra bonuses and promotions.

Dazard Bonus Terms
Terms and conditions will vary, this is dependent on which offer you’re looking to take. Always make sure you read and understand the terms of every offer before you attempt to claim it.
Wagering requirements are rare in sports bonuses, but they do still exist. These requirements ask you to wager your deposit and bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw your winnings. Similarly, time restrictions can apply. There isn’t currently a dedicated Dazard betting app available. If you want to bet via mobile, you can do so by visiting the desktop site using your mobile browser. This version has been optimised for mobile use and we were impressed by its ease of use and fast loading times.
In-Play Betting & Live Streaming
Live streaming is a bit of an odd one at Dazard. There does appear to be a Live TV tab which says it can’t currently connect. The customer support agent we spoke to says Dazard doesn’t offer live streaming of any events, but it does appear to be something that the operator is looking to bring in in the near future. Dazard do currently offer, though, an in-depth statistics service for the majority of their live betting fixtures.
The in-play betting facility at Dazard is amongst the most comprehensive we’ve come across. Customers can bet on a variety of sports, including football, basketball, American Football, tennis and many more.
Betting on live odds can come with different challenges. Bet suspensions and delays are common, particularly after a significant event in a match. For instance, if a goal is scored in a football match, bookmakers tend to suspend betting while they recalculate their odds.
At Dazard, you can see if odds have recently fluctuated by the subtle change of colour in the live odds boxes and the red and green arrows. If an odds box is red, it means the odds have shortened, green signifies the odds have lengthened.
Dazard Customer Support
There is a 24/7 Live Chat customer support service available at Dazard. To access it, click on the Support tab found in the bottom left corner of the operator site. We spoke to an agent on a few separate occasions and we were happy with the connection speed and responses we received. At first, you have the option to select from pre-detemined menus but type something into the text box and a real agent will be with you in a matter of seconds.

Dazard Responsible Gambling
Responsible Gambling is taken incredibly seriously by every Swiss betting site we’ve reviewed, and Dazard is no different. Head to the Responsible Gambling tab at the bottom of the screen and here, you’ll find advice on how to stay in control of your betting.
They offer the following personal limits features:

- Loss limits: Either per day or per month, calculated using the amount deposited.
- Wager limits: Either per day or per month.
- Cooling off period: You can request a certain period of time in which you are unable to deposit into or gamble with your account.
- Self exclusion limit: Similar to “Cooling Off” but this is a more permanent denial of access to your account.

Dazard User Reviews & Reputation
Dazard seem to have gained an admiring following since their formation. User reviews, on the whole, seem positive. For example, on Trustpilot, Dazard have 36 user reviews with 53% of these giving a 5* review. Overall, Dazard have a four star rating, though there are a couple of customers who are, let’s say, seriously unimpressed. Most of these reviews are about their Casino, though, rather than the Dazard Sportsbook.
Dazard don’t really seem to have a social media presence. We couldn’t find any official social media channels to assess user reviews.
Dazard Affiliate & Partner Programs
There is a Dazard affiliate program available after the operator linked up with Brofist. They claim to turn “Traffic into Gold” which is news to the ears of anyone with online traffic, be it a website operator or a social media influencer. They partner with 4 brands, work with over 3000 affiliates and have handled over $10m in payments, so they know what they are doing. They work with several European GEOS, namely Germany, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Italy, Austria, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic. Each affiliate will have their own commission deal and it will likely be tiered to the volume of depositing clients sent but top affiliates promoting their brands can earn up to €800 in CPA or 70% Revenue Share!
Conclusion
We must say, we’re delighted with what we’ve found at Dazard. There is an incredible number of sports and events available to bet on, with an extensive live betting service to boot.
The welcome offer is also attractive, with further deposit bonuses available too. A definite plus point. We’d like to see more variety in existing customer promotions, but the Boost options are impressive.
The website is easy to navigate through and is visually appealing. The site is very user-friendly, we had absolutely no problem in finding the markets we want to bet on and placing our wagers.
While there’s no dedicated mobile app, the mobile version of the desktop sites works extremely well.
Deposit and withdrawal methods are plentiful, though many of these are Crypto-based methods. There are no fees attached to any payment method.
Customer service is amongst the best we’ve come across, with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff pointing us in the right direction with any queries we had.
The lack of a working live streaming facility is a disappointment, but this really is the only negative we experienced.
To summarise, Dazard are certainly amongst our favourite Swiss betting sites. If you’re looking for a bookmaker who offers competitive odds on a wide range of sports and events, Dazard should certainly be worth your consideration.
